- In 2023, we commited to sourcing ALL ORGANIC coffee. We have been USDA certified organic by Where Food Comes From Organic ever since.
- We package all of our organic coffee in bags made from 100% at-home compostable kraft paper , a compostable film made from annually renewable plants. We will continue to strive for a smaller carbon footprint in all that we do.
- We also believe in supporting the small farmers in all of the countries from which we purchase our green beans. Our suppliers work directly with the farmers to ensure they have everything they need to continuously produce excellent crops and to be paid well for their work. We support organic agricultural practices by purchasing beans grown and harvested by producers abiding by those principles.

The ‘coffee belt’ is an area of the globe existing between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn. We source our beans from most of the countries in this area that produce coffee.
The Organic Integrity Database allows you to find a specific certified organic farm or business, or search for an operation by seaching with specific characteristics. Listings come from USDA and Trade Partner-Accredited Certifying Agents. Only certified operations can sell, label or represent products as organic, unless exempt or excluded from certification. If the operation you search for does not appear in your searches within the database, they are not certified organic.
